No guarantee of outcomes
We make no representation or warranty as to the outcome of any CHC application, assessment, or appeal. Each case is decided by the relevant NHS Integrated Care Board on its own facts.

Refund policy for digital products
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to a 14-day refund on any digital product, provided you have not yet downloaded or accessed it. By downloading or accessing a digital pack, you waive your right of cancellation and no refund will be available. Refund requests should be sent to info@carefundingcheck.co.uk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
